2.1.4-rc-20140109 RC Test

Dear All,

new features since 2.1.4-rc-20140109:
  - Bug 935 NEWT: Fix / Add support for _arbitrary_ custom Pointer Icons
    (Thx to Julien, who suggested such feature)

Since we like to end the 2.1.* cycle w/ a 'good' release,
i.e. one which works everywhere without major bugs, here is a RC:

Thanks, great job, com.jogamp.opengl.util.PNGPixelRect will be very useful for me.
