Changes to previous RC:

1) SWT Interoperability

Bugs being fixed (waiting for some confirmation)
should be: Bug 1421 and Bug 1378.
So after the DPI scaling, the OSX NEWT positioning
has been fixed and show/hide accounted for as well.

Marcel Au, is helping a lot here w/ moral, testing, analyzing
and now proposing another fix for the non-native DPI scaling
platforms Bug 1422.

2.4.0 release should have SWT working quite well then,
'funny' code has been removed ;-)
