git history of the SVN import completed

I've rewritten the history to attribute commits from as many people as I could contact.  The result
is still on my github page.  I'll work over the coming days getting the build scripts appropriate for integration
here at jogamp and getting a feel for the JOGL2 backend that's already showing great progress.

Antoine, the version based on JOGL 2.0 is on the jgouesse-wip branch. You can use the jogl2-wip branch too.
