If you use setSwapInterval 1 then you get one update per frame
typically 60 frames / second

setSwapInterval 2 == every second frame typically 30 frames / second

setSwapInterval 0 == run as fast as possible ( not recommended)

drawable.getGL().setSwapInterval(1)
