Experience jenkins 2.219 issues, fallback to 2.204.2 stable

Just a heads up of today's experienced jenkins
troubles with 2.219.

Our MacOS and Windows nodes experienced erratic and
seemingly non-deterministic issues like
- No workspace available
- 'Archive the artifacts' abortion due to exception
- SSL channel breakup

I moved to 2.204.2 stable (LTS) now,
finally passed gluegen and joal, building jogl now.

Just sharing this little experience.
Might be a good idea to stick with LTS for now.
