How to build Jogl for Windows arm

Are there native libs available for JOGL 2.5 for windows arm version.
If no, can I build them, on arm machine?
Will the instructions be same as windows amd64?

Unfortunately I do not have the answer -- but, now that Eclipse provides a Windows aarch64 version of the IDE, I am also looking for the possibility to have a distribution of JOGL on Windows ARM.

I tried to build following https://jogamp.org/jogl/doc/HowToBuild.html
But the problem is that I can't find Arm version of JDK 8 needed.
