NewtWindow Problem

Hi,

I am trying to set the window icon for my Newt Window.

I have spent several hours trying to find how this standard feature has been implemented without luck. A car manufacturer wouldnt ship cars without a steering wheel so I am sure it is lurking there somewhere.

Can anyone please shed any light on how to do this please.

Hi Penny.

I don't share your assumption of completeness regarding windowing icons
and the old chestnut of a car analogy :)

So - it is not there - yet.

If anybody likes to implement the window icon, like any other
missing 'standard' features like minimize/maximize etc features,
please:
  - add a bug entry (enhancement)
  - please help figuring out how to do it best
    - image format ?
    - PNG ?
    - Converter to native
  - maybe even add one implementation (X11, Windows, OSX)

This currently has a very low priority to myself right now,
but after we reached 2.0.2 .. I might get interested.
