Depends on granularity I guess.
Maybe as we do it for maven, i.e. one for GlueGen,
one for JOGL (which depends on GlueGen) .. then JOAL, JOCL.
Would be nice if they pick up this task.
Last time they Barb contacted me to discuss the license audit
which should end up taking JOGL etc to some Eclipse repository
to be used for their modules.
Then they would need to update it for each new release.
However, since Barb left Eclipse .. no more contact.
