Ouya is a 90$ Android video game console:

As far as I know, its SDK will be Android SDK + some additions to support Ouya's features. It will use a Tegra 3. OpenJDK would be better than Android DVM but I'm not sure it is possible to run it above Android even though XobotOS is able to run without DVM.
