RFE: Applying Debian's Social Contract

Dear Community,

after finally installing and using the Debian distribution wheezy/testing(*)
and reading more about the project, maybe it's a nice idea to apply
the Debian Social Contract <http://www.debian.org/social_contract>
to JogAmp.

I guess we already follow this contract already, however it might be
a nice way for newcomers to read about the spirit in which we operate :)

I agree with this contract even though it is a bit confuse for me concerning the "viral" aspect of licences.
