Release 2.1.0 / Roadmap 2.2.0

JogAmp 2.1.0 has been released on 2013-10-10
  <http://jogamp.org/wiki/index.php/Release_2.1.0>

Please not that this is a minor version update
and hence some API changes happened.

Recompilation might be required.

( Only sub-minor updates imply no API changes )

As usual when you upgrade major modules in your product,
please re-evaluate your application.

  All unfinished features of 2.1.0 has been moved to 2.2.0

  In case we will release a sub-minor release before 2.2.0,
  e.g. 2.1.1, we will move the non-API fixes to such release page.

I have the release pulled internally here for testing, so far, no issues, no changes required to our application.

Thanks a lot in particular for the build-system fixup (major.minor = 51.0) we had a few machines on older
versions that got hit by this.

Will shout if anything odd pops up.
