Uaing azimuthal and range value, How to convert into latitude and longitude value using java?

Uaing azimuthal and range value, How to convert into latitude and longitude value using java  JOGL ? then how to plot on the Map? And Also How Track it . in my application now i can receive the azimuth  value and range value,i need to convert into longitude and latitude ,also i need to plot and track , How can i Achieve That? Any Help is Appreciate.
