git pull requests -> send email as well

If you like us to merge your changes (i.e. git),
please send the 'git pull requests' via email [as well].

For example, one may miss github or others notifications
issued by some tools.

To ensure your information is not unseen, pls take the effort
and sent at least a short notice via email to the module maintainer.

EMail addresses are available on the Wiki page 'Maintainer..'
as linked from the top page.
