gluegen full java11

Hello,

trying to build gluegen java branch today, i saw it still requires java 8 runtime ( for rt.jar ).

Is it planned to have a full java 11  without the need of java8 runtime libs ?

You can modify the build to use "release=8" instead of depending on Java 8 runtime but no such change is planned as far as I know.
