is joal dead?

The joal good long time has not renewed.
Is it dead?

well dead is a hard word. But its low priority right now.

Joal works really well. It is my chosen platform for my current audio project 2014.

JOAL is feature complete, the OpenAL 1.1 specification has not changed for years.

Since then creative labs closed down support and funding for OpenAL.
