I got this mesage:  "libEGL warning: GLX/DRI2 is not supports"
when start a jogl sample on fedora20.

any help?

It's just a warning, you can ignore it.

Yes, just warning. but how to avoid this warning?

Try to run your application without VMWare but your driver doesn't support DRI2 anyway.
