library for displayin animated model

Hi,
I made in  blender fluid simulation and want to show it in the application  as part of the animated model (scientific application). Please tell, what  library for display of the animated models (*.obj, *.dae, etc) is better to use?

Ardor3D supports OBJ and Collada. Someone wrote an STL loader too but I haven't tested it.
