Hello,
The latest signed webstart files (http://jogamp.org/deployment/jogamp-current) correspond to RC5, if I'm not mistaken. What are your plans, time-wise, to get a new signed RC out? (btw, the autobuilds are not signed, aren't they?) I'd like to get a sense of your roadmap since we are about to release a new alpha of Processing 2.0, and the inclusion of the applet export feature, at least for this upcoming release, will depend on the availability of the webstart files from jogamp. Thanks! Andres |

I still work on: - Mesa8* freeze w/ glXMakeCurrent - gluegen: Allow indirect Buffer use - since 'costs' are low > > What are your plans, time-wise, to get a new signed RC out? Cool, thanks for the info. It is not my intention to hurry you up, I know you are working hard on several things. I only need to get a sense of the times involved, so I can plan accordingly. When you say asap, means for example within a week, or more like a month?
On the OSX front, it would be great if you can consider the patch for the framerate issue I posted here: https://jogamp.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=555 for the next RC. I also recently noticed potential bug under OSX Lion: http://forum.jogamp.org/multisampling-issues-with-OSX-Lion-td3838980.html If someone can reproduce it, I'd file it in the bug tracker. |

To All: +++ I like to encourage people to use Bugzilla if they think it's a JOGL bug and a first discussion in the forum may get 'lost' (silent, no answers, .. ). I won't grep through the forum all the time when doing my bug walk but search the bugzilla database instead. Otherwise .. your valuable information might get lost. +++ Thank you AC. ~Sven |
