Thank you to Mark Raynsford for uploading the jogl artifacts to maven. Much needed.

I noticed the jars for the javadocs and sources are empty. Can this be fixed by uploading a new jar, or do we need to wait until the next rc release is pushed?

Would like to have the javadocs locally here, too.

Maybe the devs find the time to add the javadocs to the central repository.
