the time is now ..

the webstart and webstart-next URL are already using a new RC (release candiadate),
and maybe tomorrow we publish it (will include jocl and also joal, again :)

Well, hence our API 'equal' concurrency implementation,
feel free to give it more testing and cleanup etc - but it's already working as much I have tested.
