It would be fine to perform more tests when launching the Ant script in order to display a single message when 7z is not installed and when antRun cannot be found maybe because a programmer uses the version of Ant provided with Eclipse. Such an improvement with explicit error messages would be better that displaying several messages, some of them are difficult to interpret... I thought the version of Ant provided by Eclipse contains antRun.
