Please note that I intend to drop the single platform archives jogamp-<os.and.arch>.7z,
since they will be a source for confusion and the new all-platform archive is sufficient!

Also note that in the new all-platform archive, the plain native libraries for each platform
are with their respective <os.and.arch> subfolder, eg:
  lib/linux-amd64/..
  lib/linux-i586/..
  etc ..

We may like to remove the whole lib folder w/ plain native libraries completely
in case we all agree, that the native JAR files are sufficient.
