Thank you for reporting.

Well, it seems that we have a few problems with those
dual GPU settings (Intel/NV, Optimus .. etc).
Please create a bug report 'Dual GPU Switching Not Working'
and we can track all issues with it.

As you already mentioned, maybe it's b/c of the NV driver - dunno.
I also have no machine to test this issue.
One guess would be somehow the HDC of the GDI drawable changes
hence SwapBuffer crashes .. but not sure.

OSX users also have reported to have some problems with this,
even though it didn't crash.
