To my knowledge it is possible to run the IcedTea-web OpenJDK browser plugin inside Fennec v12 the FireFox browser for Nokia N9, this mobile FireFox browser support all standard plugins.

FireFox-OS is based on the same Gecko engine as used inside Fennec so there should be an identical NPAPI plugin framework present.
I have no access to any system running FireFox-OS so i can not check yet.
