Hi once again :) (thank you all for all this help)

i reached this point before (and i didnt installed anything at my server)

but i have this interesting phenomenon for a while with the jogl and j3d files installed in /System/Library/Java/Extensions/
JOGL 2.0 is only compatible with Java 3D 1.6.0 pre daily which is not installed by default on Mac (Java 3D 1.5.2, compatible with JOGL 1). Please look at my blog post to install Java 3D:

the phenomenon that you see there is the following:

1) if on the desktop you are seeing just the firefox window... you see the applet with menus... but the jogl area (3d) its is all black....

2) if you shake the java console window in front of the black area in firefox... (causing applet to refresh) and then press mission control icon (resulting in the image above) you ll see on the desktop window (top right small window) what you should see in firefox window if opengl was working ok... but in the firefox window all black as you see.

3) i show on bottom left firefox window with the same address but running on windows7 on vmware 4.1.3.

You can try it yourself at:

So do you have any idea of what is happening?

Thank you so much for all your precious help.
All the best
I have no idea (except that you have to use the appropriate version of Java 3D) but my problem of white applets is already fixed, I just have to wait for Mageia's maintainers to update the default package for Icedtea-web. I have no Mac, Sven will be able to investigate deeper in some weeks. Mac support is really painful to maintain, there are new things broken at each release.
