Please file a bug-report; preferable with instructions on how to setup an example Netbeans RCP Application that can expose the bug using the JogAmp gluegen
I believe this is a windows specific bug:
\ is illegal to use in URI these needs to be replaced by /
URI uses / for path separator on all OS, windows included.

This bug is different compared to Bug 820 because the \ are not supposed to be escaped, instead they need to be replaced by the correct URI path separator for windows compatibility.
