Many thanks. All seems fine now.

I thought setting Caller-Allowable-Codebase was necessary to avoid prompts about access from websites. Maybe that is not needed at the moment. For our applets I set Caller-Allowable-Codebase the same as the Codebase as everything is on one site. I guess using * makes sense, but have not tried it.
