Thanks to Wade,

who did a great of of moving our JOCL build system
to vanilla ant (using our scheme as used in JOAL, JOGL, ..)
I was able to produce a simple 'Jocl Info' Activity.

Even thought w/o hope .. one Android device
showed OpenCL 1.1 availability: Nexus10 [Android 4.4.2, Mali-T604].
