You might be able to get help from Menards at their contact page: https://www.menards.com/main/contact-us/c-12585.htm

We don't know what version of JogAmp they're using in their web site, so it might be hard to figure out what's going on.

If you paste in the error message here, we can at least take a look and see if it's something obvious :)
