Thank you for sharing your source code. Choosing Java3D for a long term project is a bit debatable, I hope that you have another plan. I think that you should use a build tool or a build system to ease the build of your project, it's really complicated... Please choose a license (no license = copyright). I have worked 9 years on my own project and only a few developers use it despite my efforts to make things easier. Good luck.
