I have removed the default goals because we usually don't choose one in our projects. I try to keep the Maven builds of the engines as homogeneous as possible.

The layout is more standard now but there are a few GIF images and HTML files that should be moved into src/main/resources.

Feel free to make some other pull requests. I need to have a rest. Thank you for your precious help.
