Hi all,

as Julien hinted, our bugzilla got spammed by robots A LOT,
hence I had to close the open feature to create a new account.

To receive a new account, pls email to 'jogamp-ml-general'
with your desired email address and name, so one of us is able
to create such an account. Thx the spammers :-/

As of today, Julien and I can create new users.
We may need to add more admins for this and related tasks.

I went through the entries and hopefully all spam has been deleted
as well as most of the spam accounts. We will see.

I also had to restrict passwords as follows:
  - letters_numbers_specialchars - Passwords must contain at least one letter,
    a number and a special character.
In case your bugzilla password didn't match these requirements,
you will receive a password reset email when you log into your account.

- jogamp.org packaged has been updated and restarted
- bugzilla has been updated to 5.0.3
- git merges will follow up next
