in my Application I drawn the circle  on the Renderable Layer of the map using default  fix latitude and longitude value.but if i enter the latitude and longitude value in the text field  ,the map is moving or point to the particular latitude and longitude value,how can move the circle also for  same entered latitude and longitude value. initially should show the fix default value ,later should change the position of the circle for respected coordinates.
