Hmm, not sure if that's the same bug. I'm using an Intel GPU (integrated) and my code is requesting a GL3 profile. Anyway, I'm fine with my work around (not using the fat jar.) I only bothered to report the problem in case anyone is concerned, or in case other users experience it and are looking for a solution.
