2.1.4-rc-20140126 RC Test

Dear All,

Since we like to end the 2.1.* cycle w/ a 'good' release,
i.e. one which works everywhere without major bugs, here is a RC:

Note that the test applets require either:
  [1] - IcedTea-Web
  [2] - Oracle >= 7u51

[2] b/c we set 'Permissions: sandbox' in the user/demo jar file
to _not_ elevate privileges while signing them.
However this doesn't work w/ earlier SecurityManager from Oracle.
