New Maintainer JOGL.SWT: Petros Koutsolampros

we have a new maintainer for JOGL.SWT support, Petros Koutsolampros!

I just merged Petros first commit to fix Bug 672:

This is important, since we lacked good SWT support for quite a while
since nobody was driving it.
