Road to RC6 ..

This is not quite RC6 .. but another dump for testing.

   - Includes Ubuntu 12.10 armhf pandaboard tested builds (NEWT and AWT)
   - Includes untested: Linux/Android armel builds
   - Includes Mesa8 fixes and one workaround for tls-global in Mesa (Ubuntu).

.. this was quite a tough week of debugging (Mesa8) and upbringing (armhf) .. enjoy :)

Lot's of thanks to Xerxes, who helped out discussing bugs, behavior
and channeled communication properly (Mesa-Ubuntu, OpenJDK os.arch for armhf discussion, et al.).

For RC6 .. there are some patches I shall merge first (osx, ..)
hopefully this week - as promised.

Disclaimer: Even though Joal and Jocl builds are included for Linux/Android arm,
            don't hold your breath - they are not tested yet.

Sorry, that's ofc Ubuntu 12.04 "Ubuntu precise (development branch)"
on armhf (arm-linux-gnueabihf).

I use JOAL in my main project. If there is quite a big regression, I will notice it.

Xerxes did a nice job, I saw his demo with Nokia N9 :)

I still have to write a bug report about the multiple mouse buttons not correctly reported under GNU Linux when using NewtCanvasAWT.
