JOGL: Post 2.1.5, 2.2-train -> master .. API Changes and the like ..

Dear all ..

JOGL status update ..

- 2.1.5 release is done
- 2.1-maint branch created just in case

- 2.2-train branch merged to master
- 2.2-train branch removed

Now we are in the 2.2.* development phase,
and API changes are allowed and happen.

API Changes:
  - Remove Redundancies
  - Cleanup and Clarifications
  - Make a better World :)

I myself am focused on Graph-UI now,
hence my latest commits ..

An OpenGL 4.4 update shall happen soon as well.

You are all invited to join .. bring it on.

Maybe, yes - but the API changes only affect JOGL.
None are yet planned for the other projects
- still they may happen - still they all 'move along',
since we use the same version.

When this happens (API change for all), we should indeed
post there.
