RC10 startup time greatly improved. Thanks!

In between all the problems a thank you note for the greatly improved startup time of jogl! Our measurements show that average the startup time of our product went down, e.g. on one of our test machines from 5.6 s (1.4 s standard deviation) seconds to 3.1 (0.05 s standard deviation).
