I wonder what they don't like w/ our software.

If you file a report, pls give them also my email address
as the maintainer/developer contact - maybe they dare to tell me the reasons.

Fascinating that even fresh builds match the hash.

<cynical> which source code lines may we need to change to remove the
'collision' </cynical> :)

I informed my admins about the problem. I don't know when they will find time to submit the file. Unfortunately my Anti-Virus is remote controlled which means I cannot access the file since it is "cleared" immeadiately after creation. So I can just wait... :/

If someone has the same problem with F-Secure here's the submit link for files (Select false positive): https://analysis.f-secure.com/portal/login.html

@peq Please send this file to F-Secure in the form as a false positive when you get it.

@Sven I don't know why AVG and F-Secure do that but I'm not very efficient to solve these problems. They always say that there is no problem and they don't fix anything. I'm really fed up.

As I said, I can't. My admins just removed the file from quarantine but as soon as I lay hand on it, F-Secure removes it again.
But for what it's worth, now you know which file triggers the trojan-signature.

Ok, guess I have to communicate it with them 'old school'
and pick up the phone :)

guess I need to try it myself w/ their software, hope there is
a free version for f-secure as well.

yeah, those things really suck.

we actually once had a vulnerability back a few years ago
filed by MS and fixed it.
